This is a one-time digital product. Because access is delivered digitally, refunds are only available if the main files have not been accessed or downloaded.

Before downloading the main files, please read the README file first. The README explains the setup process, device requirements, important limitations, and what to expect before continuing.

If you read the README and decide not to continue, you may request a refund through live chat before downloading or accessing the main files. Our team will review your order activity, including access logs and download history, before approving any refund.

Once the main files have been accessed, downloaded, or attempted to be downloaded, the order is normally no longer eligible for a refund because digital access has already been delivered.

Setup help is still available after purchase, and video tutorials are included to guide you through the process.
